The Surf Photography of Bruno Alves
The daily Tumblr trawl in search of inspiration is often fruitless, but it only takes a couple of killer images to appear in your feed for faith to be restored.
Today's discovery was the surf photography of Bruno Alves. His photo blog Viagens, Surf E Cultura (travel surf & culture) isn't the most functional of sites, but it is packed full of killer surf photography, mostly shot on deserted Brazilian beaches and coastline during the 1970s and early 80s.
A quick Google translate of the short bio on the site implies the earlier photos were taken by brothers Andy & Ilan Goldstein before Bruno learned to use a camera himself.
Some of the highlights are below, and there are lots more over on his blog, well worth a look.
